Cataraqui Creek Conservation Engagement Session
I met Mike and Carla at the Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area...well let me rephrase that because I didn't just meet them then out of the blue and take their photos, we knew we were meeting there! We went for a walk/hike through the conservation area and talked, laughed, tried to entice and trick small birds and of course take some photos. Mike and Carla met at Medical School at Queens University and are currently doing their residency, they both love science, Mike enjoys reading Canadian Geographic and right now Carla enjoys reading Wedding magazines. During our shoot we worked very hard to entice some Chickadees to come and eat seeds, Mike and Carla were so sweet and never complained once as they held their freezing fingers in the air and waited for a bird to land. I even kept to myself my irrational fear of birds and totally played it cool! They are getting married this summer and I cannot wait to photograph their wedding! -Enjoy
