My love of photography began in yearbook class, where I first learned to photograph on film. Journalism school deepened my love of storytelling, while film school taught me to see light differently—how it can shape a mood, draw you into a moment, and tell a story without words.
I began photographing professionally in 2009, and after all these years, I still feel deeply about the moments I’m trusted to preserve—and yes, I still cry behind my camera.
