If you have never been to Wheelers Pancake House and Sugar Camp, can we just start off by saying "YOU ARE MISSING OUT"! When Devon and Walter contacted me for a location for their engagement shoot I asked if they'd be interested in Wheelers, it's filled with amazing textures, rooms, antiques and forests. They were more than willing so we met at Wheelers! It ended up being the best location after finding out the Walter regularly is working with machines and tools and wouldn't you know that Wheelers has an entire room dedicated to old and new chain saws, a man's dream! Although Walter let us know that pictures aren't his thing, he quickly proved himself wrong, because even the way he stood photographed well! Devon, who is a trained hairstylist stepped out of the car and we greeted her with "oohs" and "aahs" as her hair was styled just precise and her make-up was divine! We had so much fun going from building to building, trail to forest and left no square inch unphotographed! They were so wonderful and didn't even get frustrated when I would announce "Okay this is the last one....Oh wait look at that small building, okay that one over there it's going to be the last shot"...several times over. I cannot wait to photograph their wedding this summer!
